Rescue 22 responds to all motor vehicle accidents in the Township and to Mutual Aid assignments as requested.  It also responds as a third due apparatus for structural calls within the Township and when Rapid Intervention Team response is requested by Mutual Aid, and is a responding unit for Technical Rescue calls.

 It is equipped with two complete sets of pre-connected Holmatro rescue tools including spreaders, cutters, rams, and combi-tools. It also has two portable rescue pumps, a cascade system, two 100' electric reels, two 100' low pressure air lines, shoring, medical equipment, rope and confined space equipment, a full compliment of both high and low pressure air bags, a 25' light tower, water cooler and rehab equipment and much much more!

Rescue 22 was the only state certified rescue in Beaver County

It has seven SCBA seats and is powered by a 470 horsepower Detroit Diesel
