The men and women of the Chippewa Fire Department share in the sorrow of the passing of Lt. Sam Stadterman of the Patterson Heights Fire Department, station 33 and a member of Beaver Fire Department, station 101.

Lt. Stadterman started his fire service career here in Chippewa, serving next to his wife Lisa, his step daughter Ciera, his brother in law Paul Stedila, who was our Deputy Chief at the time, and his Father in law, Bob Stedila, who was a social member.

Sam was also an active member of the Beaver County Firefighters Association.
