Fire Prevention in Beaver Falls

October 7, 2021

Last night the Beaver Falls Fire Department held a fire prevention event at the Beaver Falls a high school. This year they invited several area departments to join them and participate in different activities.

Chippewa, along with New Brighton, station 84, provided the motor vehicle crash rescue demonstrations.

Crews from both departments displayed specialized rescue equipment and worked together to demonstrate different rescue techniques used in freeing trapped victims.

It was a great night of training and camaraderie for all departments involved and very informative for the public.

We thank the members of the Beaver Falls Fire Department (station 11) for inviting us to be part of this event.
