Station 22 had a busy night last night; shortly after 5pm the first call came in for a flooded basement and then it went on from there! Multiple flooded basements, several trees and/or wires down, many flooded roads and clogged storm drains, a fire alarm and a structure fire response to assist Big Beaver and a Technical Rescue call in North Sewickley that fortunately we ended up not being needed at and were cancelled on rather quickly.

Even while out helping others, some of our own had to deal with storm related issues at their own homes.

We hope all made it through safely and advise everyone to keep an eye on the weather this week as Hurricane Florence approaches the United States east coast this coming weekend.
