Weather Statement

Although it’s tempting to get outside and finish that last minute yard cleanup before the winter weather arrives please, be aware that burning today, even in an barrel, would not be recommended. It takes less wind than you may realize for an ember to blow away.

Chippewa Township does have a burning ordinance. A copy can be obtained by contacting the Township offices.
