Last night, the PTO at BIS sponsored a Halloween event called Boo Thru.

With over about 400 cars registered, they decorated the entire lane around the lower shelters at Chippewa Park on Klein Street.

Parents drove their kids through the ghosts and goblins and other spookyness and also received prepackaged treats that had been donated to the PTO!

The school district area fire departments were invited to bring their trucks and and add some excitement for the kids with their lights flashing!

Chippewa along with the Patterson area departments and South Beaver fire department participated as well as Beaver Falls Assistant Chief, Dave Seidl with his K-9 partner, arson dog Patty and his daughter “Princess” Carolyn!

In these unprecedented times, the Boo Thru was a great idea and they had a wonderful turn out!
