| Today is National Peace Officers Day.
A day to reflect on the men and women police officers who have died in the line of duty.

The members of the Chippewa Township Fire Department express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our Police Department and Police officers everywhere.
As we remember those officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice we are reminded of the inherent dangers of their duties and of our own.
Throughout this day, please take time to pause and be thankful for the men and women behind the badge that are there for us when we need them and even when we don’t. |
