Around 6pm on Sunday, a motor vehicle accident occurred on I-376 East bound between Chippewa and Brighton Twp.

Due to a delayed EMS response, the State Police requested a QRS medical response from Station 22.

Responding crews treated one person with minor injuries and assisted with traffic control.

The State Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
