The Beaver County Strike Team was requested to respond to a residential structure fire in New Brighton this evening.

Four members from Chippewa responded in Squad 22.

The fire was brought under control quickly and there were no reported injuries.

The Beaver County Strike Team consists of several departments throughout the county that the majority of their active members are certified to at least the Firefighter I level. Those departments have committed to sending up to four certified firefighters to any department requesting additional manpower.
