| As part of the event, the students raised money through the cornhole tournament and made the incredibly generous decision to donate their proceeds to the Chippewa Township Fire Department as a thank-you for everything our volunteer firefighters do for the community.
Tonight, one of the seniors stopped by and presented the department with a $250 donation!
On behalf of all the members of the Chippewa Township Fire Department, THANK YOU to the Blackhawk students for thinking of us and supporting your local volunteer firefighters. Your generosity and appreciation mean a great deal to our entire department.
Good luck as you continue through the school year, and thank you again for your support! |
